Hey all, hope I can get some advice here. I live in a duplex home. My contract says I’m not allowed pets but my neighbours apparently are allowed them and have a Jack Russell type dog that barks all day. It’s not too consistent but will bark from 9 to 10am and anytime after that on and off for a couple of minutes at a time. It’s usually out of no where, unprompted from what I’ve noticed (for example, isn’t triggered by cars, mailmen, etc, just goes at it) My study room has a small patch of gravel outside it’s door where there is a fence that separates the neighbours backyard from mine.
