Clive Mensink ordered to pay $70k security if he wants to appeal against arrest warrants

Former Queensland Nickel director Clive Mensink, whose whereabouts are still unknown, is ordered to pay $70,000 in security if he wants his appeal to go ahead, after a court finds “significant risk” he will not voluntarily comply with any costs awarded against him.
