I’m deaf (female). It’s stupid but I’ve gotten myself upset about having to move to attend ACU in 2018. A kind person has told me that Banyo & Nudgee are high crime. I’ve been anxious about security since a home break-in I slept through. What areas would you suggest to live in. I need to use public transport. I’d like access to groceries easily. I’ve lived alone for last three years, which I like, but would consider sharing. Have a cat. I’ve researched– Banyo is nearest station. 25 min walk to campus. There is a bus that goes from station to campus. A train / bus from city station is 50 mins (assuming connection is made).
