Hey guys, so my friend and I were driving along our street and saw a kid about 13 years of age, walking around real slow with no shoes, no bag and no jacket, in his school uniform. I told my friend to pull over because something didn’t strike me as right. I jumped out and asked him if he was ok and he just ignored me, I walked beside him and asked if he was with his family or if he needed help. He shook his head and kept walking so I asked if there was anyone I could call for him and he just kept walking so I shrugged and just got back in my friends car.
