To cut a long story short I sold my car and left for a trip to europe. I get back on the 13th of August. The new owner made a speeding fine in july (whilst I was out of the country). I have all proof of sale and whatnot (and ive also spoken to the new owner who said he would accept the fine in his own name) however the due date for the fine is the 7th of August and I obviously won’t be back in time to sign the fine over into the new owners name.
