Tried to do a bit of googling but I’m not 100% sure. My next door neighbor has a dog showing signs of what, I think, is mastitis. She may not be nursing her puppies (that I’ve never seen or heard) and I’ve never seen a dog with such enlarged teats. Like they hang down her stomach and flop around when she’s walking around the yard. My question is – should I make some phone calls to the relevant authorities?
