Spurred by another post – I was wondering what the people on /r/brisbane have found in general about their NBN connections. I know it’s easy to go all out and dump on the infrastructure, but what has YOUR personal experience been? How was your initial setup appointment? Who is your ISP, and how have they been if you’ve needed to contact them? Positive stories welcome and encouraged.
