My dad is 65, is a kiwi but has lived in Aus for 40 yrs, loves a beer and watching rugby and unfortunately he has no friends since moving to Coorparoo from NSW. He is also proud so the idea of him going and making friends is tough for him. I have convinced him to come to play lawn bowls with a mate and me, and I am hoping to find a nice club where he can meet a friend or two.
