Hey guys, I got into an accident (not my fault) and got it inspected by RACQ. They said that it will be a write off because repairs are 4.5k and the value of my car is less than that (Honda civic VTI 2006) problem is. The market value of my car is around 6k but they said because I have paint discolourations and a couple of hail marks that they will give me around 2-3k for my car… is this legal?
