So I’m renting in a complex that has one sole energy provider named metered energy. According to them they currently offer a 10% discount on market rates. I tried to organise click energy which would have brought costs down by a further 8%. Metered energy said that in order for me to change I may need to pay for the infrastructure to be installed in the complex.
