Sorry if this is the wrong sub to be posting to but wasn’t too sure where else to go. So for the past couple of months I’ve been having suicidal ideologies, have been abusing laxatives and had a short stint with self harm. I have a history of mental illness and made the step to start seeing multiple psychs a week to get things under control. After uni exams I finally felt like I was at a place that still sucked, but was feeling better. I decided to go out with friends to the Valley to celebrate uni break, however I ended up leaving at a different time to them. I can’t go into too much detail as it’s currently being investigated by police, but that night my person was violated without my consent. No penetration, but there were visible marks on my body that lasted over a week. This
