So my position at work is being reassigned to another role – although the company won’t state it my current position is redundant and the work is being transitioned off shore. The role they want to reassign my team to basically brings us back to step 1 within the company, but as the new people in the department. Management are boasting about the coaching and development opportunities – but they are nothing but absolute lies to butter up the transition. Does anyone know of any potential roles opening within Brisbane? Doing the rounds on seek right now – but if anyone is aware of anything not advertised on there – I’d love to hear from you.
