Timing of eating

So I am on a diet and have lost some weight. There is still a fair bit to go, my goal is 84.4kg. I am eating Breakfast, 1 x egg, 1 x prosciutto, spinach on light sour dough Morning tea 1.5 table spoons of sunflower seeds plus large pear Lunch: turkey and salad barley wrap, 10 x rice crackers. Afternoon tea: 1 x mainland on the go light cheese and crackers Dinner: light home made beef patties with dinner roll with plenty of salad on sized multigrain roll. Treat- up to three Coke cans(with aim to cut this down to one) And 45mins brisk 2.2klm walk. I am hungry though, which is the best way to ‘order’ the food to be able to eat in in a pacing way? I realise the Coke is very bad but I am addicted to it and deprivation has seen me fail drastically before.
