I’ve got some raised beds that have been doing quite well, but I’m not sure what to grow between now and the warmer months. We’re quite spoiled with our mild winter weather here, so I’m not concerned about frost, but it’s my first year growing more than herbs. I grew some pumpkins out of season, which went quite well, but I was battling fungus towards the end due to all the rain. I want to put sweetcorn in but not sure if I should wait for the days to get a bit longer? (I’ve got lettuce, beetroot, and carrots that are at a good size, and some soybean seedlings just coming up.
