So to clarify, I live on the ground floor in a new apartment block. Because we’re the lowest floor, we have a little bit extra of balcony space. However, recently I’ve found out that people from higher levels keep dumping their cigarette butts down. I can’t really pinpoint which floor are they dumping down from, cause there are literally a dozen floor above us. We tried to talk to the management but they didnt do anything. Yesterday it got even worse, it was sunday we were trying to eat outside in the balcony, and there were someone poured some water down from above. It was not a lot but it totally ruined our dinner. To be clear, we were not partying or making noise or anything, there are only 3 of us in the apartment here. Honestly I just think this is atrocious. What kind of scumbags dump shit down
