Just received a phone call from someone saying they were from the Commonwealth Retirement Program. The guy was very cagey when I asked him a few simple questions. Apparently he wanted to help me with “redirecting my tax dollars” to plan for retirement. I asked him what type of organisation the Commonwealth Retirement Program was, and he said it wasn’t an organisation. It was an independent information service. Then he tried to get personal details so he could help me redirect my tax dollars. Anyone else had a call from the Commonwealth Retirement Program?
