Seeing these guys pop up a lot now and could probably help me get off my publicly hated maccas delivery job. And with the relief of passing Q-Ride before Oct deliveroo seems like wide open doors while I’m at uni. If any of you guys have the inside scoop on the Brisbane service do you guys know if: the hours are flexible? Similar to uber can I just pick when I get to work and just run errands when prompted? what’s the pay like? Plus tax and everything. Does the taxation office put them in a high tax threshold? (e.g independent business owners) Seems like a good gig, but knowing the speed bumps uber had to deal with I’m kinda cautious about how stable the job would be.
