This morning I received a missed call on my mobile with a voice to text message along the lines of “Mitch, the is Aaron from Uni-Resort calling about your TimeOut Internet account” “What a strange message” Was my immediate thought. To give you some context; Uni-resort is a student accommodation complex in Mt Gravatt. TimeOut Internet is the company they contract to provide internet to the residents. To make sense of why the janitor is calling me about my internet account; we need to go back around 8 months. My first day at the place, I connected to the wifi, purchased 10GB of data and I was on my way. A few days later, my data was all gobbled up.
