Any advice is appreciated. I loaded $20 via Eftpos on Saturday (onto my card on one of the machines) and no funds were added but it was deducted from my bank account, so I had to put another $10 on just so I could get to where I needed to be. I called them first thing on Monday only to be told I would need to provide a statement from my bank, I get why they do this but my bank only issues two statements a year so I don’t know any way to provide proof of purchase (they won’t accept screenshots) and help would be appreciated.
