What is the industry that does evaluations for residential real estate that’s not tied to selling or finance? I have bought and just am looking for some close to accurate advice on long term strategy – agents at one end think you have a goldmine and bank valuers treat it like a shack. I have done a lot of my own research on looking at similar age properties with similar modernization/lack thereof in the area and the prices (including sale) are totally inconsistent from mid-high 3’s.
