Hey! Visiting from Canada, have been playing didge for 15+ years and want to check out some awesome, authentic instruments. Good thing I called “Didgeridoo Shop Brisbane” before visiting them; they seem to have an excellent collection. However, they don’t let females play on their property, nor do they provide lessons for them. (Y’all know that’s a myth perpetuated by non-Aboriginal people, right?) Obviously I’m not going to purchase a didge without playing it first! Anyway, I’m not gonna argue. What I am gonna do is find another place to get a kick-ass didge around here, with your help. Where do I go? submitted by /u/TheNoBullshitVegan [link] [comments]
