Ola! I currently live in an awesome share house in Annerley, but unfortunately I need to move out as I purchased a property elsewhere. I have two housemates who now find themselves with an available room. We have a decent size room going for $165, in a well-kept townhouse in Annerley, which is very close to transport and shops. Shared bathroom, on street parking. Great size kitchen, a little yard out the back. The room is officially vacant on the 23rd of April, but you can move in sooner if you need to!
