We have a house that sprung a leak during the recent rain. The whole surrounding are was flooded and isolated until yesterday. The agent emailed when the rain started and said the ceiling was leaking and that I should call the SES. As soon as we knew there was a leak in the ceiling we contacted roofers. I also told the agent that the tenant should call the SES. We told the agent that we had contacted roofers and would get repairs done ASAP. We haven’t had any photos of the damage so are sure how severe it is. We are still waiting to hear from one of the three roofers contacted. The tenant has now lodged a breach as I didn’t repair the roof during winds and rain and while the house was an island. Ive never had this happen before. We always get everything repaired immediately. This is
