Does anyone know of any factory process working jobs that work on a 4 on 3 off roster? I like factory work, I’m good at it, used to it and find it’s fairly decent pay. What I don’t like is working 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. I’ve been thinking a lot about my job and I hate it. When I ask myself why, that’s the main reason, it’s a shit job working with idiots and management always down your throat but I could let all that slide if I had a few days to myself.
