I’m at the point in life where I need an apartment in the city. I’m over 1hr commutes to work and back, and then to and from the city for nights out / catch up with mates. I’m over trying to find a car-park during the random visits to city. I can afford it, it’s not an ‘investment’, but rather a necessity for my sanity. I’ve got a budget in mind. I have an idea of what I want. And I can’t be bothered looking at open-houses every weekend until I find “the one”. And the point of this thread… What’s the next step? Do I just keep an eye out on realestate.com.au? Or do i simply send a group email to all the real-estate companies within the area i’m looking at? How do i make this ‘apparment hunting’ process easy for me? Sorry about the title… I started writing
