Hi all, A few times I’ve visited by doctor Medicare has been down, so I’ve been unable to get the claim directly refunded to my account. I’ve tried endlessly to do it online, but their pain in the ass system tells me my accounts aren’t linked, and when I try to do so, they tell me my Medicare isn’t recognised, and to call Medicare.
