I’ve been rejected a few times now, and I can’t help feel it’s because I’m a student and a single mum. I’m studying captive animals and plan on studying a bachelor of wildlife science once my current studies are done. I might not have many assets or a long rental history but how does that really reflect on what I would be like as a tenant? I have never been late with rent, always had my bond returned, never had a black mark against my name, and always keep a tidy house.
