Hey all, Last night, my mum (who is recovering from very recent, very painful surgery) was woken up at 4am by the beeping of, what she later found out, were two cherry pickers. There was also a large truck and her driveway was covered in witches hats. She walked outside, and most of the workers disappeared to the other side of the truck. There was one guy who did agree to speak with her He said they were from Lend Lease and were subcontracted to install NBN. Apparently, flyers giving residents notice were ‘meant’ to have been delivered. Thing is, mum’s had NBN for over 6 months now. She said as much and the guy (felt a bit sorry for him – mum was filming it all on her ipad and he later told her off-camera that he’d also been threatened with a knife) just shrugged like, he was just
