Hey guys, Anybody have any experience providing a real estate with a Breach Notice for repairs? We moved in a month ago into a property with no aircon, but had 4 ceiling fans… The ceiling fans don’t work. After two weeks they sent out an electrician who said that they need to be replaced… 2 weeks later another electrician showed up who just stated the same thing the first guy did. The real estate are full of it, constantly just giving me a yes yes, oh it’s waiting for the owner, refuse to call me back etc I’m pretty much ready to just send them a breach notice and go through therta process, anybody done this and had any success?
