Counting down the days til my lease expires and I can leave my current shithole in Nundah. My lease expires at the end of May so I’ve been looking at my options and fantasising about moving in to somewhere that is actually nice. I’ve found a particular listing that would be ideal as it’s available around the time my lease expires but I have to pay a minimum of $25 just to be able to message the person and let him know I can take over his lease. The $25 is so I can upgrade my account to be able to send messages to ‘early bird’ listings I really can’t be fucked paying $25 just to send one message to someone. Any clever ways around this? The place I’ve seen is ideal; in a nice new apartment block on Melbourne street which is a massive improvement over Nundah. submitted by
