I will go first: I would like the riverside expressway gone. It writes off the river, even impacting on the quiet enjoyment of Southbank. I would create more parks and greenspace in the CBD (even lots of little pocket parks would be a good start) I would have a whole lot of light rail. Edit add one more: I would like to see really strict regulations on buildings that force green walls and green roofs. There are some (limited) nice examples.
