Looking for a bit of advice on what to do with what I consider a serious issue with the house I am currently renting in Brisbane. We moved in around July of last year and signed a 12 month lease. The property was fine up until around November when we had the first major rainfall since moving in and we discovered that there is a large number of water leaks in the property when it rains especially around some of the windows and a couple of the doors. We told the real estate when we first noticed it in November and despite numerous follow ups and pictures and videos taken of the leaks nothing has been done as of yet.
