Has anyone else noticed black waterproof pelican-case style but smaller boxes that have begun popping up attached to light poles? There is a cluster of them on the inner city bypass after the kelvin grove exit, going towards the valley. There is also a bunch that just popped up all along Sylvan Rd in Toowong. What are they?
