So I have the receipt / text messages with quote for a bond clean we had booked today with $150 each sent from myself and another housemate to a third housemate who was to be present to let the cleaner in and give them the cash. Said housemate has now blocked me on Facebook and refuses to answer phone calls / texts. Said housemate also still owes money for utilities and has left furniture at the house. Is this a police matter for the money (I’m guessing fraud – have their written agreement for that) and QCAT for the utilities and loss of bond?
