My wife and I have lived in our house for about 10 years. One on the houses next to us is a rental and has been rented to a group of people who have noisy parties every friday and saturday night. The street is a small residential street and every time they have a party there are cars parked everywhere, frequently parking us in or making it very difficult to navigate out. The noise is also annoying as it happens often until 1 or 2 in the morning.
