So I’m moving into an existing sharehouse and the girl who is leaving has asked me to pay my share of the bond DIRECTLY to her. I have no experience with this sort of stuff as I’m moving out/in for the first time. But I looked it up on the RTA and I think you have to fill out form 6 and then I would pay the bond to the RTA and the RTA would refund the bond to the girl who is leaving.
