Upon recently searching for a rental house in Brisbane it has come to my attention that rental prices anywhere within half an hour of the city for a house is absolutely ridiculous for what you pay for (I have not had to house search in awhile). The majority of houses I have gone to see are not maintained for the weekly rental price they are asked for. Has anyone else found this? Or am I just being ridiculous.
