My spouse was working under contract building a business app for the past 2 years. Yesterday, the project was canned, leaving him suddenly out of work. The kicker is… we’re expecting twins in around 8 weeks. He was telecommuting – the company was located in Sydney. So, he is fully set up to work from home. He has an ABN and is registered for GST.
