Hey there, Our lease is finishing up in our apartment in the new farm area next month. Love the area and need to stay there as my child goes to New Farm State School, but the apartment isn’t great for what we pay so we’ve decided to move. The issue is that in all the years I’ve been renting, this is the first real estate I’ve rented through that haven’t been completely shithouse to deal with. They’re great, really really great – but they don’t have any properties available that would suit us. Just wondering if anyone has any recommendations for similarly decent Real Estate agents with properties around that area that I should look into?
