We’ve tried getting Telstra out to fix this issue. They sent out a technician last week who said he couldn’t fix it and was going to escalate the issue. So far, nothing. Phone calls to Telstra end up going through to a Philippine call centre and so far we’ve spent 6 hours on the phone trying to get this fixed.
