Hey everyone, I’m after a little advice about a paid trial I did in September that I haven’t been paid for. They sent me a payslip and have all my bank details correct but even though they keep saying they’ll pay me I haven’t received any money in my account. I’ve contacted them several times about it and I’ve also contacted fair work and they’ve given me some assistance. What I’m wondering is what my next step should be, ideally I’d like to send a letter of demand but I don’t think I can afford a lawyer to write one for me so if you lovely people have any suggestions that would be amazing! submitted by /u/La-la-lara [link] [comments]
